This is the story of an Eagle it can live up to 70 years, But to reach this age, the eagle must make a hard decision in its 40th year its long and flexible talons can no longer grab prey which  serves as food its long and sharp beak becomes bent, The feathers become old, thick and heavy.
The thick and heavy feathers stick to its chest and makes it difficult to fly.
Then, the eagle is left with only two options: DIE or Go Through a painful process of CHANGE.
The process requires that the eagle fly to a mountain top and sit on its nest, Then the eagle knocks its beak against a rock until it plucks it out.
Then the eagle will wait for a new beak to grow back and then it will pluck out its talons.
When its new talons grow back, the eagle starts plucking its old-aged feathers.
CHANGE that worth sustaining the pain. And after this...
The eagle takes its famous flight of rebirth and lives for 30 more years.

Why is CHANGE needed?
:To survive and live.

We too have to start the change process Unlike the eagle we also have to pluck our unpleasant memories, negative habits and fixed mindset only freed from past burdens, can we take advantage of the present.
In order to take a new journey ahead in the future, let go of your negative old-limiting beliefs. Open-up your fixed mindset and let yourself fly again like an EAGLE

There's a beautiful Indian story about a musk deer with a really powerful lesson.

now, you may already heard of musk, maybe because it exists in your perfumes or your aftershaves, or deoderants as a scent.
And the scent is one of the most expensive natural products in the world, fetching three times its weight in gold.

Now, when this deer comes across this aroma, this scent, it becomes completely captivated. it searches through the forest day and night for the source of this scent. Completely intoxicated by this incredible fragrance, the deer searches in every corner, in every place, to find where it's coming from.

The deer completely exhausts itself looking for the source, with bitter irony, and not recognizing that the fragrance comes from inside its own body.  The fragrance, musk, is produced in a gland in the deer's body.
The deer spends its whole life searching for outside what was always hidden, inside.
I heard this example when I lived as a Monk to describe the human condition of life.

How we spend our whole lives looking for pleasures and happiness outside of us, when actually what was searching for is right there inside of us.
We try to find joy and happiness in external pleasures, in things, in results, when actually real happiness comes from meaning, relationship, and a connection with oneself.
See, we all know that we can't love someone we don't know. So, how can you love yourself when you don't know yourself?
And just as this musk deer, we've probably had similar experiences.
How many times have you walked out of your home and felt that you've forgotten one of those top three things: usually your keys, your wallet or purse, or your phone?
you rush back in, you look around your own home, you make a mess, you make havoc, you look under every seat, every corner, and then realize that phone, that wallet or purse, or those keys, were in your back pocket.

In the process of seeking happiness externally, we make a complete mess of our minds and life, and sometimes even the life of others, not realizing that what we were truly looking for has always been with us. Today, we hear a lot about self-love and self-care, but neither of these is possible without self-knowledge, without self-realization, without self-awareness. 

Remember, if we don't know ourselves,  we can't love ourselves.

Success is cause-and-effect, not magic luck or magic fairy dust, Success is easy it's making a plan and executing the plan every day. Make the plan, Work the plan, Make the plan, Work the plan and whenever the plan doesn't work, you change the plan.
that's called failure its called learning a lesson, it's called adjusting. if you do the work and you do it a long enough time you will be successful. Whatever it is your bold enough to dream if you are intentional and deliberate about it every single day if you do a little you gonna wake up one day and your dreams are gonna be a reality.
The shortcut is a Lie, The hack doesn't get you there  and if you want to take the easy road it won't take you to where you want to be To reach goals and overcome obstacles and be the best version of your possible will not happen by itself it will not happen cutting corners, taking shortcuts or looking for the easy way. There is no easy way there is only hard work, late nights, early mornings, practice rehearsal, repetition, study, sweat blood, toil, frustration, and discipline.
Discipline the root of all good qualities the driver of daily execution. Discipline defeats the infinite excuses that say not today not now I need a rest ill do it tomorrow. There's only one way the way of discipline.
There's power in, consistency there's power in doing something over and over and over and over again, there's power in practice,
you keep starting and stopping and starting and stopping  and I challenge you, yes I challenge you to make up the gap, I challenge you to go from average, I challenge you to go from good, I challenge you to go from great and I challenge you to be phenomenal i challenge you to live in beast mode  because beast mode makes more money than average does. When you are a true hunter you don't go by the time, you go by the gazelle you don't hunt from 8 to 3, why?
Because the gazelle may not be open from 8 to 3 you hunt until you get a gazelle and you don't stop until you get one and then you get another and then you get another

Legend has it, Harry Houdini, the master magician,
Once claimed that he could Break out of any jail cell in the World.
All he had to do... was walk into that jail cell with his street clothes on.

He said, ill be out of there in one hour No problem.

Well, a very old jail, down south, heard about Houdini's claims and they accepted his challenge.
On the day of the event, many people gathered outside.
Very confidently, Houdini walked right into the jail and into the cell and they Shut The Metal Doors Behind Him.
The First thing Houdini did was he took off his coat, Then very Strangely he took off his Belt.
Secretly hidden in  Houdini's belt, was a ten-inch piece of stell very Tough and very Flexible and Houdini started Working in about 30 minutes, That confident expression Houdini had when he walked in, DISAPPEARED. In one hour He was bathed in sweat. And at the end of Two Hours Houdini in defeat... COLLAPSED Against the door which then OPENED. it opened because that door had Never been locked.
But that's not entirely true, is it?  that door Was locked. It was Firmly and Thoroughly Locked in  Houdini's mind. Which meant it was locked as it the Best locksmith in the world had put his lock on it.
The Mind is Powerful How many doors in Your life do you think are Locked but Aren't?
How many times have you been stuck in the mental prison of Overthinking? Something that really had A Simple Solution.
There is an ancient African proverb that says

Your Mind is the most Powerful Force you will ever Face it will tell you lies it will tell you,

The School systems are actually teaching people to be poor The school system will never teach you about money. The school system was designed to teach you to be an employee or a Doctor, or a lawyer, a specialist.

BUT NEVER ABOUT MONEY!

They want you to be poor.

My father was the head of education P.H.D and all that stuff I go home and ask him

Why don't we learn about money in school?

And he looked at me and says because the government doesn't let us teach that subject the Government tells us what we can teach and what we can't teach.

and I thought that is strange and I said but aren't we going to school to learn about money?

He says "No" your job is to get a job.

poverty is passed on its taught in your families and the middle class is taught in families. And so the people right now Who are sitting at home who are struggling financially or are worried about money or are unhappy They may be making a lot of money but are unhappy with what they're doing it was probably taught to you, your superego was taught "Get a job work hard" or "you'll never be rich", or "the rich are evil" Whatever 

"until you change your mindset 

money won't help you"

And we see that with people that win the lottery people that make more money they still have the same problem because they have that poor man soul.\

"If you're poor, you'll always be poor"

That's really hard for people to understand! The money will disappear that fast!

Just like with most Pro Athletes, they make millions of Dollars and 65%  Are bankrupt 5 years later Because they come from poor families.

Now you tell them that and they get very angry at you the reason they give

"it's the rich fault you guys ripped me off! The government ripped me off!"

But, unfortunately, what mister Lipton was saying it's passed down genetically the moment I pay you, you think like an employee  That's the trap.

Entrepreneurs work for free. The Moment you accept the paycheck your brain goes dead as long as you're hungry you'll think, you see people say "Well, why don't you give the poor money?"

The only problem with that is it creates more poor people!

you give a man a fish you get a lot of people who want more fish.

but you should teach them to fish.

when I'm giving this knowledge out

the rich people tells me "Don't tell people what you know to keep them poor"

poor will always be amongst us because it started up here,

it's in their words and their words become flesh but when they say "I can't afford it" or "I can't do that" They go down. They become what they say I meet so many people who say, " I can't afford it! you think I'm made up of money?"

My P.H.D daddy says "what do you think I am? made up of money? I can't afford that!" 

Poor people say "I can't afford it I can't do that I don't have time" because it is an escape! it's an escape! It's easy to say "I can't afford it!" or "I am too tired" or "I can't go to the gym"

When you could go to the gym, but you say "no I can't" The truth is that I'm just too lazy to go to the gym" And you play it too safe and you don't introduce new risks into your life and so you will say "I have a job secured" don't say "I can't afford it" say "how can I afford it?" ask your self how can I do that? what would it take me? or why should I do that?

"A question opens the mind.

  A statement closes the mind"

So when you say "I can't afford it!" your mind shuts down and you become what you say.

when people say "money is not that important to me!"

Then if money is not that important to you. then you will say

"I don't care about money!"

The money doesn't care about you!

The word does become flesh! or "ill never be rich!" or the favorite one is "the rich are greedy!"

It's the poor that are greedy you know if you think about it because to be rich, you have to give something you have to be productive but greedy people produce nothing!

some will say "oh no it's the rich that are greedy!" and "hey when you point a finger forward, three are pointing backward".

And so as we know there's a big attitude problem against the rich today.

We all have fear! to be true, We all have a fear it's just how you deal with it!

Einstein said \

"Imagination is more important

        than knowledge"\

But "knowledge Empowers imagination"

And what most people lack is real Business knowledge. Like accounting, like debt, like taxes you got to know that stuff. But they don't teach it in school to anybody.

people who are afraid of making mistakes, Like they teach in school, They don't ever grow! Because spirituality is 

"There is good and there is bad 

  There is right and there is wrong

  There are ups and there are downs"

Most people only want to be right or they only want to be positive well you can't have that!

That's not reality! Every time I failed I was like "ok good, what have I learned?"

And the average person, The reason they're poor is they haven't failed.

They play it so safe They haven't made any mistake like they were taught in school, that means they don't learn anything! 

That's why the school system is actually fundamentally corrupt! it's Anti-education! And I think what most people do is they let their parents or their friends talk them out of life!  We're so afraid of failing  But Failing is how we succeed! Our schools punish you for making mistakes And that's why we have so many people Who are afraid of admitting they're making mistakes or are afraid of failing!

Most inspiring story ever THE Man With Only Hand

Today I am going to share with you one of the most motivational Story I have ever read. I am pretty sure that the person whom I am going to write about is surely unknown.

But in Hungary, He surely is known, every person there knows about him and his inspirational story.
So here we go.......

Karoly Takacs

WHO IS KAROLY TAKACS?

Karoly Takacs born in 1921, in Budapest, He joined the Hungarian army after completed his study. He is a sergeant in the military and also best pistol shooter. He always hoped to participate in the world level Olympics.

The Accident ...

He was expected to win the gold in the 1940 Olympic games scheduled for the Tokyo. Also, Members of Hungary’s national shooting team, He was seen as the favorite contestant from the country to hit the gold. Those expectations vanished one terrible day just months before the Olympics. While training with his army squad, a hand grenade exploded in Takacs’ right hand, and Takacs’ shooting hand was blown off. With his shooting hand wounded and affected, it was impossible for Takács to continue his shooting dream.

After accident ...

Takacs spent a month in the hospital depressed at both the loss of his hand and the end to his Olympic dream. At that point, most people would have quit. And they would have probably spent the rest of their life feeling sorry for themselves. Most people would have quit but not Takacs. Takacs was a winner. Winners know that they can’t let circumstances keep them down. They understand that life is hard and that they can’t let life beat them down. Winners know in their heart that quitting is not an option.

After his discharge from the hospital, Takács started practicing in secret. Naturally a right-handed shooter, Takács went on a mission to condition his left hand accordingly to shoot just like he did with his right one. It was no less than a Herculean task. It was not only about training one’s hand; it was training one’s mind, defying all odds and making a grand comeback.

Now Time to show his hard work ...

In the spring of 1939, He showed up at the Hungarian National Pistol Shooting Championship. Surprisingly enough, He appeared in the national shooting tournament the following year of his most disheartening accident.

Other shooters approached Takacs to give him their condolences and to congratulate him on having the strength to come watch them shoot. Much to their astonishment, Takács was to participate in the shooting tournament. No one other than Takács himself would have believed then that a man could shoot accurately with other than his shooting hand, let winning the event keep aside.

But, Takács’s determination to achieve his goal realized what people could not even think of. The audience witnessed a marvel as Takács won the national pistol shooting contest.

He also was a member of the Hungarian team that won the 1939 UIT World Shooting Championships in the event.

The 1940 and 1944 Olympics were canceled because of World War II. It looked like Takacs’ Olympic Dream would never have a chance to realize itself. But Takacs kept training and in 1944 he qualified for the London Olympics. At the age of 38, Takacs won the Gold Medal and set a new world record in pistol shooting. Four years later, Takacs won the Gold Medal again at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics. Takacs – a man with the mental toughness to bounce back from anything.

This story of a man, who was once close to losing everything he dreamt of but never surrendered to the direst situations, is just epical.

3 year ago, Zuckerberg got disappointed at the current justice system. so he decided to do something to change it for the better, his research leads him to the San Quentin program, This program aimed at educating prisoners so they have shot at a better life when they get out.

Zuckerberg did not waste a moment to become a part of it so, he supported and funded that program. He even visited the San Quentin prison to see the differences it hade made.

To his surprise, It was a success with many of the prisoners and one of them named “Aly Tamboura” stood out from the rest. He was sentenced 14 years in prison and he thought that all hope was lost for future but the feeling of Motivation arose in him when Mark Zuckerberg came on a tour of the prison.

Zuckerberg personally met and told Tamboura how impressed he was by his efforts. and even encouraged him to apply at facebook. that feeling of approval from Zuckerberg stayed with him long after.

He worked day and night to learn how to code and become as good at it, as possibly could.

When ALY got released, he got a job at Facebook. he even met Mark after joining the facebook.

To Tamboura’s shock, Mark remembered him and congratulated him on making it this far.

Today, Tamboura is Manager of Technology for Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

“Second chances are given to prove that we could be better even after we fall.”

Everyone deserves a second chance to Clean Up their Mistakes.
